And if you are afraid of burglary, you can place it in your book shelves where it will blend in with all your other books. And if you are going on a holiday, it is easy to bring with you. There is room for about 40 pairs of earrings.
This is certainly a lovely and very creative way to store earrings for sure. Almost all of my earring are costume jewelry (the couple pairs that aren't are stored elsewhere in the house), so while I'd be crushed if they were ever stolen (because more than half a lifetime of collecting and making earrings that I could safely wear would be gone), I wouldn't be out very much money thankfully. If I had more expensive earrings, I'd very likely pick up one or more of these clever storage books, too.

I don't have expensive earrings either, I just thought it was a great way of storing them. And great for travelling too.
