Son has moved. We went from this:
To this:
In a week.
And although I for a long time have given him hints about moving, guess who sat in his empty room a few days after and sobbed? Yep, me! Me who hates being a cry-baby, but I suppose I've become one. Sigh!
Dear Empty Nest,
SvarSletIt is very hard when they leave home... for about 4-6 WEEKS!!
Hugs, Flaurella
I'm SO glad to hear. I'm still feeling sorry now and then, but also suppose it'll be over soon. Will mail you soonest. e-hugs Sanne
SletThat is a drastic difference in the appearance of that room for sure. Oh honey, no one could fault you for a moment for missing your dear son now that he's moved out. I'm sure that I would feel precisely the same way if I was in your shoes. It's beautiful that you love your son so much.

Yes, sure is. And although I always hated his incredible mess, I miss it now. Thank you, dear, for your kind words. :)
SletOh, my dear..
SvarSletYou'll be all right soon, promise. Leaving is hard. was the one leaving, to University, it tore me up, to be apart from my mom for weeks and weeks - but it made my visits so sweet.. (literally: mom made all my favorite sweets).
Also, I bet you'll find a way to fill up the empty space, soon.
Hugs
Marija
Thank you, dear, I suppose you're right. I do still miss him a lot, but I know I'll get over it. Especially when I know I get his room as sewing and creative room. :)
